An AFAB Transfem or an AFAB Transfeminine individual refers to someone who was assigned female at birth and identifies as a trans woman or transfeminine. There are multiples reasons for a such identification. It includes, but is not limited to:

• An AFAB individual who identifies with a müllerian/mulladic altersex identity and identifies with a fingender or feingender/fiagender.
• An AFAB individual who feels connected to transfemininity and/or transwomanhood/transwomanity.
• An AFAB individual who feels they should be born wolffian who feels they are a woman/girl.
• An AFAB individual who feels like a woman/girl but in trans way.
• A transsex cisgender woman.
• An AFAB individual who is juxera, girlflux, demigirl, paragirl, multigender, etc.
• A detransitioned woman.
• An AFAB individual who is intersex and requires gender affirming care.
• A system transfeminine individual.
