Hey, I couldn't find an exact resource coorelating the two but it seems to be a synonym for peccatum as they both translate to error are nouns. I used Google Translate to originally find the prefix and peccatum doesn't come up when you put in 'wrong', but it does when you put in 'sin'. Thanks! —User: ChoccoGlxtch XX:XX 3 January 2026

Hi, next time don’t rely on google translate as a source as that can be really inaccurate! Recommend wiktionary and other sources similar like dictionaries, but don’t use google translate as you can’t be sure that it’s correct, it may have just pulled it from somewhere but it also doesn’t know context, next time please source it as things related to etymology should always be sourced.--MagicalManager (talk) 20:23, 3 January 2026 (UTC)
