Transnominal

Transnominal is a term when the gender of one’s name differs from one’s assigned gender at birth or the name assigned to them at birth. This term relates to ‘transcending’ one’s birth name or identifying with a name other than one’s assigned name

History
The Transnominal flag was posted by Tumblr blog Beyond-Mogai-Pride-Flags on or before January 27th 2021, it is unknown if the blog coined the term or made the flag. It uses the purple and yellow from the multinominal flag and the colors of the transgender flag.[1]
