Neutral is a gender quality used to describe those who present having or showing qualities that are not associated with masculinity, femininity, or anything in-between. These traits typically refer to one's gender identity or one's gender presentation. Though it may be associated with non-binary individuals, it is not exclusive to them, and can be used by anybody.
The exact qualities of neutrality depends greatly on culture and time period.
