To describe those who collect names.
Collecting names is not to be confused with the neurodivergent exclusive variant of hoarding names. Though a hoarder may also be considered a collector, a collector is not a hoarder.

A collector label where an individual has two or more sets of names, the individual will often fluctuate between the sets of the names. The sets may contradict each other in some way, this can be due to the names being different in what they are traditionally viewed as, for instance the individual may have a set of traditionally masculine names, and another set being traditionally feminine.
If none of the sets seem to fit, they may use a default name whether that be a chosen name or their deadname. |

History
It is unclear when Name Collector as a term came about, but was mentioned via an ask inquiring about a term for someone who uses several names. "Name hoarder", "multinominal", "polynominal", "plurinominal", "pluronominal", and "name collector" were mentioned as potential identities in May 2019 to the Tumblr blog Beyond MOGAI Pride Flags. [1]
