Ceterian or Neutian is a juvelic orientation that refers to a non-binary individual who is exclusively or primarily attracted to other non-binary individuals.[1]
Ceterian and Neutian are considered synonyms for aliamoric and ceteramoric.[1]

Etymology
The term Ceterian utilizes the latin prefix "ceter-" which means "other". Neutian utilizes the latin word "neuter" which means "neither".
History
The term and its flag were coined by Tumblr user scarffish on July 8th, 2025.[1]
Green represents the natural fluidity and freedom of GNC relationships. Yellow represents the distinction of nblnb relationships outside of the binary, and the lack of need for binary men and women. White represents the broad amount of expressions and identities within the non-binary umbrella, and the diversity of the appearances of relationships between non-binary individuals. Lavender represents intimacy, platonic love, and sexuality. Purple represents the attraction to and respect of androgynous, feminine, and masculine non-binary individuals.
