Agincisgender by 2ofSpadesssss

Agincisgender[1] or cisagender[2], is a subset of agingender that encompasses both a feeling of genderlessness and attachment to being cisgender.

There are multiple reasons someone might identify as agincisgender, including but not limited to:

  • The individual using the label still has attachment to their original gender or being considered cisgender, however, they might not feel the gender.
  • The individual identifies as cisgender but does not understand how gender is experienced or don't know what having genders feels like.
  • The individual is simultaneously agender and cisgender at the same time or a mix of the two. These two genders may be fluid between each other or be both genders at the same time.
  • The individual is agender but feels extremely uncomfortable when considered under the genderqueer, trans, or nonbinary umbrellas.
  • The individual may not feel like a man or a woman, but still feel completely cisgender at the same time.
  • The individual may feel cisgender when not thinking about their gender but when they take the time to think about it, the gender may feel completely gone or meaningless.
  • The individual may be partially cisgender and partially on the agender-spectrum.
  • The individual is agender but prefers to present as their assigned gender.
  • Being genderless but having a cisgender feeling, vibe, or aura.
