Xumgender
Xumgender describes an individual who is never satisfied with one's gender due to constant self-doubt or identity issues, causing one to compulsively search and seek out something that fits as perfect as possible.
Xumgender is exclusive to neurodivergent individuals.

History
The flag and its alternate were presumably made by Deviantart user Pride-Flags, it is unknown if it was coined via the user, but the flags appeared there on August 30, 2015 and October 17, 2015 respectively.[1][2]
