Rule Changes

Hello everyone,
In light of recent changes to how the Wiki is run, I tweaked the rules a bit to reflect the most common agreements and conventions that were adopted by Staff. The full list of changes is below, and the rules in their current state can be found here.
The changes to the rules will be enforced starting 15. November. Until then, it's recommended that you follow them, which I can't imagine is too difficult as the changes largely affect new pages.
Changes in Detail
4.3.1: General Guidance
- Created.
- This aims to clarify some of the more common questions encountered when adding terms to pages, and also formalises the Draft system.
4.3.3: Articles that are generally prohibited
- Point 5 was adjusted to reflect changes in rules regarding tables and subterms
4.8: Tables
- Some of the content from 4.3.1 was repeated for clarity.
Further small edits were made to grammar and formatting.
