Template parameters

This template prefers block formatting of parameters.

creatorauth	creatorauth	Quote the creator's copyright terms and what they authorize or do not authorize. Example "I give permission for anyone to share this image on any site, but the image must be credited. I forbid anyone from editing the image."	String	required
