An anonymous user coined the term through the Tumblr blog Beyond MOGAI Pride Flags on or before February 19th 2019.[1]
The flag was posted via the Beyond-MOGAI-Pride=Flags Tumblr blog on February 20th, 2019, it's unknown if they created it .[2]
