Semisexual

Semisexual is a term similar to greysexual, the term has a few definitions

1. Someone who falls between fully asexual and fully allosexual,
2. Someone who does not feel sexual attraction but has a libido,
3. Someone who does experience sexual attraction but has not libido,
4. Someone who experiences sexual attraction and possibly qualifies as allosexual by definition, but finds asexuality and/or greysexuality a useful and relevant concept to describe one's orientation, experiences, or feelings in some way.

Semisensual

Semisensual is the sensual counterpart of semisexual and is described as feeling sensual attraction in different forms; a desire for some sensual acts but not others, etc.

Semisensual was coined by an unknown individual, its flag and its alternate however were created by Tumblr user Arco-Pluris on April 21st 2018 and June 21st 2018 respectively.

History

The first definition of semisexual was coined on October 27th 2003 by AVEN user and founder David Jay.

The second definition and third definitions were posted by brokendarling on May 20th 2015. But the idea of these have exists since at least 2012.

The fourth definition was coined by deactivated Tumblr user GALAXXYSOCKS alongside Tumblr blog Ask Pride-Color Schemes on or before February 23rd 2017.

Flags

The first known flag to be made for Semisexual was created by GALAXXYSOCKS around the time they made the definition.

Another flag was made by Tumblr user Arco-Pluris on or before June 21st 2018.

Another flag was created by LGBTA Wiki user OHappiDay on January 31st 2021.^{citation needed}
