Autigender or autisgender[1] is a neurogender where one's gender can only be understood in the concept of autism.

History
The term Autigender/Autisgender was coined by Tumblr users autismgender and esperancegirl via mogai-archive, on or before August 25th 2014.[1]
Flags
The original flag was made by Deviantart user Pride-Flags on or before August 23rd 2015, the meaning of which is unknown.[6]
An alternative flag was created by Tumblr user tinyhoards on or before April 17th 2021, the meaning of which is unknown.[7]
